Useful advice
You must undergo a cycle of at least 12 consecutive treatments for optimum therapeutic results to be obtained. Two treatment cycles per year are recommended, preferably in spring and autumn. During the treatment period (mud, bathing and grotto therapy) it is a good idea to increase your intake of liquids such as water, tea, fruit juice and food rich in mineral salts such as fruit and vegetables. Stop smoking or at least cut down on cigarettes and alcohol consumption. During spa treatment (usually on the 5th or 6th day) a general feeling of malaise is possible ("spa crisis") that lasts for 1 or 2 days and does not jeopardise the therapeutic results. Once the treatment is over it is a good idea to remain a certain length of time inside the centre, above all during the hotter months, to give your body time to gradually re-adapt to the external environment. Out of respect for the most elementary rules of hygiene, clothing (rubber sandals suitable for pools, swimming costume, etc.) must be clean and only used for the treatment during the whole period.
PLEASE TAKE NOTE
Spa treatments are carried out every day from Sunday 16 March to Saturday 6 December (excluding Saturdays from 22 March to 27 September and excluding Sundays from 28 September). To speed up admittance time for treatment for those who return to our spa, we recommend you bring your personal Bibione "well-being" card with you.
